- Aquarium and aquaterrarium installation
- Pond, water garden, and waterfall setup
- Rockwork and cave creation
- Ecosystem planning and consultation
- Maintenance, cleaning, and aftercare services
All services are provided based on client requirements, site feasibility, and environmental conditions.
2. Consultation & Site Inspection
- Initial consultations or site inspections may be free or chargeable, depending on the project scope.
- Design concepts shared during consultation remain the intellectual property of RS Aquascaper unless a project is confirmed.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted based on project complexity, materials, and labor.
- Advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
- Final payment must be completed upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
4. Design & Customization
- Aquascaping is a natural art form; final results may vary slightly from design visuals due to natural materials, plant growth, and environmental factors.
- Minor changes during installation may be made to ensure ecosystem balance and long-term sustainability.
5. Installation & Timelines
- Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to site conditions, material availability, weather, or unforeseen technical challenges.
- RS Aquascaper will not be held liable for delays beyond its control.
6. Maintenance & Aftercare
- Ongoing maintenance services are offered as separate packages unless specified in the agreement.
- RS Aquascaper is not responsible for damage caused by lack of maintenance, improper handling, or external interference after handover.
7. Living Plants & Fish Disclaimer
- Aquatic plants and fish are living organisms and may be affected by environmental conditions, water quality, or handling.
- RS Aquascaper does not guarantee survival if maintenance guidelines are not followed.
- Replacement of plants or fish is not included unless explicitly mentioned in the service agreement.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate site information
- Ensure access to water, electricity, and safe working conditions
- Follow maintenance and care instructions provided by RS Aquascaper
9. Cancellations & Refunds
- Project cancellations after confirmation may result in partial or no refund, depending on work completed and materials procured.
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has commenced.
10. Warranty & Liability
- RS Aquascaper provides workmanship assurance for a limited period as discussed per project.
- RS Aquascaper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the installation or ecosystem behavior.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, images, videos, and content created by RS Aquascaper remain its intellectual property and may be used for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
12. Website Usage
- All content on the RS Aquascaper website is for informational purposes only.
- Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of content is prohibited.
13. Changes to Terms
